Welcome to the Lorne Tavern. We are a small business providing the town of Dollar with a quiet tavern and a bed & breakfast service. The tavern is popular with the locals of the town it is situated in, and is acclaimed as being a comfortable place for people to indulge on the wide range of beverages that we offer. The Lorne Tavern was established
in 1898 and since then has been providing a quality service. Long term or short term stay, our bed & breakfast service is varied and changeable due to your personal requirements as our customer.
We are only 35 minutes from Edinburgh and 45 minutes from Glasgow with good
road links and close to 2 International Airports.
We are situated near the mills of Dollar and offer picturesque views all around the house. If you are on your lunch break from work, having a business lunch, or are looking for somewhere to eat, our Tavern has a separate area from the bar where you can treat yourself to one of our pub lunches.
